Bare Hulls – For Professional Builders and Experienced Fabricators

Some professional builders prefer to start with a professionally engineered hull and develop their own decks and cabins to create a distinctive brand and style. For those builders, Wavemaster offers a bare hull option.
This approach echoes the Mylar plan era, but with modern CNC cutting accuracy and full 3D definition.
The bare hull option is ideal for:- Builders who want to use their own cabin styling- Projects with unique layout requirements- Lower-cost entry points for experienced fabricators- Those who prefer to build using their own in-house methods and equipment
You get the benefit of a professionally engineered, proprietary hull shape, including our proprietary deadrise and chine geometry, while maintaining full creative freedom over the topsides and internal fitout.
This flexibility is one more way Wavemaster supports practical, hands on boat builders.
